My wellness journey began as an anxious teen struggling with mental health issues pursuing psychology to help myself & others. With no athletic background, I stumbled into group fitness. I discovered exercise drastically improved my mood & boosted my energy. Movement became a daily source of joy & healing. Despite battling social anxiety, body image struggles, & on-going chronic health conditions, I had to overcome my own perceived limitations to share this gift!
Committing to health transformed every aspect of my quality of life & gave my passion for uplifting wellness!
I took a deep dive into the sciences of evidence-based practice, positive psychology, physiology, nutrition, fitness, supplementation, cannabinoid pharmacology, & Traditional Chinese Medicine, so I’m equipped to help you cut through the noise of conflicting messaging, so you can benefit from effective health practices backed by research.

Coaching services are incorporated into packages - because the transformation you seek needs structure, time, and accountability to generate powerful shifts. Your first call is a complimentary connection call - a chemistry check to make sure we're the right match for a partnership and that coaching is the right option for you!

Do I need to follow a strict wedding diet to see results, or can I enjoy flexibility?Strict “wedding crash diets” often backfire. Bridal Health Coaching takes a balanced, realistic approach—helping you fuel your body with nourishing foods while still enjoying celebratory moments (like cake tastings!). It’s about balance, not restriction. "Yo-yo dieting" can take a toll on your hormones, but we can work together to find an approach that honors your preferences AND fuels you well for better energy, mood, and focus! We'll prioritize the quality and balance of your foods and mealtimes. Expanding beyond what you eat, but leveraging how, why and when for a more comprehensive approach to eating habits that are mindful and fulfilling!

How can I boost my energy and avoid burnout during wedding planning?Recognizing that this is a period of life with added responsibilities, we'll team up to ensure you're implementing the most effective habits to get you feeling more energized to get ahead of burnout. Coaching emphasizes balanced nutrition, quality sleep, hydration, and stress management practices like breathwork or guided movement that supports stress relief (and doesn't exacerbate it). There are so many simple shifts that keep you energized so planning feels joyful, not draining. We'll take into account your current fitness, eating, sleeping habits, and where to incorporate small shifts with big impacts. The PQ+ Mental Fitness program I lead is a key way to reduce stress at the roots, with noticeable differences in just 8 weeks in just 15 minutes a day!

What is the PQ+ Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness program for Brides?PQ+ is a science-backed program that strengthens your “mental fitness” — your ability to handle challenges with calm, clarity, and confidence. Through guided exercises on a user-friendly app, you’ll learn to recognize and quiet your inner saboteurs (like the Judge, Pleaser, or Controller) that fuel stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm. By shifting into your sage mindset, you’ll feel more grounded and resilient as you navigate wedding planning and beyond. This is backed by factor analysis research that identified the ways we all have inner critics or "saboteurs" that result in patterns of self-sabotage. Wedding planning can increase stress and make these emerge more strongly (like trying to people-please relatives when making decisions). Instead of feeding into these automatic responses that cause more physical stress in a vicious cycle, we can use the cue of the saboteur popping up as a reminder to train mental fitness. How does PQ+ Mental Fitness training program work?As your PQ+ trained Coach, I grant you (and up to 4 of your loved ones) access to a life-changing app-based program (valued at $995 per person!). Each week includes a learning focus - you can listen while on-the-go, taking a walk, or doing housework. We'll have private small group coaching sessions, laser-focused on how you can apply the skills. Every day the app gives you guided sessions, just a few minutes at a time, that you can easily incorporate to stay recharged throughout the day. It tracks your progress so you can see benefits as they're happening! These powerful microbreaks of embodied mindfulness help you tap into a calmer state, preventing stress spiral and empowering calm ease and flow. At the end of 8 weeks, clinical trails showed visible changes in brain structure/functioning with fMRI scans - incredible science backs the impacts of this program. Plus, we'll take the quick and insightful PQ+ assessments (like your IQ measures intelligence, PQ+ measures mental fitness) and a saboteur pre-and-post quizzes to demonstrate your results!
