I've lived the transformation of turning pain into power...

 

Through mental health struggles, chronic health conditions, & surviving a major health episode, I found a passion for wellness & is thriving! With 8+ years experience teaching fitness & a background in psychology- she’s uniquely qualified to support your health journey with her skills, love of learning, positivity, & compassion.

You’ll find me living joyfully, whether it’s teaching Pilates, dancing, walking my dogs, or listening to wellness books/podcasts; I overflow with gratitude & radiate genuine positivity for the life I get to live.

My wellness journey began as an anxious teen struggling with mental health issues pursuing psychology to help myself and others. Without any athletic background, I stumbled into group fitness. I discovered that exercise drastically improved my mental health & boosted my energy. Movement became a daily source of joy & healing. Despite battling social anxiety, body image struggles, & on-going chronic health conditions, I had to overcome my own perceived limitations to share this gift!
 

Committing to healing myself transformed every aspect of my life!
 

I took a deep dive into the sciences of evidence-based practice, cannabinoid pharmacology, physiology, positive psychology, nutrition, supplementation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, so I’m equipped to help you cut through the noise of conflicting messaging, & benefit from effective health practices backed by research.
