Bridal Health Coaching is designed to help you feel your absolute best—manage stress/anxiety with ease. A supportive 1x weekly coaching call to keep you on track for positive mindset, navigating relationships, overcoming anxiety, and empowering you to cultivate lasting vitality, radiant confidence, & balanced health as you step into your wedding day & the next chapter of your life. What’s Included? Personalized Wellness Roadmap: We begin with a comprehensive wellness assessment to understand your unique needs, goals, & challenges. Together, we create a tailored roadmap that aligns with your vision for your health & well-being—focusing on reducing stress, boosting energy, & achieving a balanced, glowing appearance that reflects your inner radiance. One-on-One Coaching Sessions: These sessions are focused on helping you overcome obstacles, implement meaningful habits, & stay on track toward your goals. Coaching will cover key areas such as anxiety/stress management, emotional resilience, self-care practices, gentle nutrition, fitness, & body confidence. Mind-Body Wellness Practices: The program incorporates a variety of proven techniques to help you feel centered & calm throughout your wedding planning process. You’ll explore mindfulness practices like guided meditation, EFT tapping for stress relief, & journaling prompts to boost mental clarity & emotional well-being. These tools are designed to keep you grounded & present, ensuring you enjoy the journey to your special day. Holistic Nutrition Tips: Rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes, this program emphasizes gentle, mindful nutrition that nourishes your body & fuels your energy. You’ll receive support to promote balance, vitality, & glowing skin—allowing you to feel confident & vibrant without deprivation. We’ll also explore how supplements, CBD, & other natural remedies can support your health & wellness goals. Fitness & Movement: Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to switch up your routine, we’ll work together to find enjoyable movement styles that energize your body & mind. Stress Management Tools: Wedding planning can be stressful, but with the Bridal Bliss program, you’ll have a suite of tools to help you manage stress & anxiety. From breathwork & mindfulness exercises to Positive Intelligence techniques to reduce self-sabotage, you’ll stay calm, focused, & joyful on your journey.
